Delivery charges are R70 within Cape Town and R120 nationwide. Very large orders may incur additional delivery charges but we will communicate this with you before processing your order.
You will receive a confirmation email for your order and then another mail with your invoice that contains the banking details for EFT payment. Once the proof of payment has been sent your order will be processed for delivery or collection and we will communicate further details.
Yes you do receive an invoice for your records
For any items in stock, delivery within Cape Town is 2-3 working days and 3-5 working days for all major cities in South Africa.
For custom items or items out of stock it can take up to 10 working days for orders to be processed and then 1-2 working days for any delivery within Cape Town or 2-3 working days for all other major cities in South Africa.
If you live far outside of a city, please check with us before ordering if we are able to deliver to your area – if we are, you may need to add an additional 1-2 days for delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel. We do our best to move orders as quickly as possible so that you are not kept waiting too long and we will stay in touch should any issues arise.
We accept Payfast, EFT payments and cash for collection orders only. If you are paying cash on collection, please ensure that you have the correct amount as no change is kept at some of our pick up points.
